Fun Science: Create a Borax Snow Crystal

Borax SnowflakeLooking for an easy, fun science experiment? You can create a crystal snowflake using a pipe cleaner, string, a glass jar, water and Borax. You can find the instructions for the experiment at https://www.stevespanglerscience.com/lab/experiments/magic-crystal-snowflake/

One caveat – whatever jar you use to make this will be covered in crystals as well. I wasn’t able to clean mine and had to throw it away. So, please use a jar you don’t mind parting with.
